High Conflict Divorce Coaching
If you’re dealing with court involvement, a high-conflict co-parent, or someone who consistently escalates, manipulates, or distorts reality, you already know this isn’t about “better communication.” It’s about strategy, regulation, and containment—knowing when engagement helps and when it quietly makes things worse.
I offer coaching for individuals navigating high-conflict dynamics, especially in the context of family court, custody disputes, child welfare, or ongoing legal involvement. This work is grounded in doctoral-level training and over 15 years of experience within court systems, county mental health, and child welfare, where I’ve seen how these dynamics actually unfold—not how they’re described online. Court systems don’t operate on emotional truth; they rely on documentation, patterns, and behavior over time. Well-intentioned people often lose ground simply because they don’t understand this difference.
My coaching focuses on helping you stay regulated when communication is weaponized, set firm, defensible boundaries that hold under pressure, and stop over-explaining, defending, or trying to be “reasonable” with people who use reason as leverage. This isn’t about winning—it’s about not losing yourself while navigating systems that can be slow, impersonal, and destabilizing, especially when children are involved.
Coaching is practical and real-world focused. We work on boundary language, response scripts, decision-making under stress, and long-term strategy rather than constant firefighting. This is coaching, not therapy, and it’s designed to support you alongside legal counsel—not replace it. In addition to my clinical and court-based background, I am currently in advanced training related to child custody evaluation standards and processes, which further informs how I help clients navigate court dynamics, documentation, and communication.
Turning Psychological Chaos Into Courtroom Clarity
I developed the Revelation Report™ after repeatedly watching people become trapped in psychological warfare with no clear way to explain what was happening to them.
Courts often struggle to recognize these patterns, attorneys lack shared language to present them, and survivors are frequently dismissed as “emotional” or “dramatic”—all while becoming exhausted from trying to recover and defend themselves at the same time.
I created this tool to make the invisible visible.
The Revelation Report™ is a behavioral pattern analysis informed by psychology, neuroscience, and dual-system AI. It identifies manipulation tactics, communication patterns, coercive control behaviors, and emotional abuse cycles, and organizes them into a clear, court-ready document designed to support understanding within legal settings.
