Meet Michaela, impresario of life
Dr. Michaela is a human behavior expert, aviation pioneer, and top podcast host known for translating resilience, psychology, and performance into practical transformation.
Raised off-grid in the Sierra Nevadas, she developed early resilience, resourcefulness, and a deep curiosity about survival psychology — experiences that shaped her lifelong study of human behavior and emotional patterns.
A passionate aviator, Dr. Michaela has flown vintage aircraft across the country, won 1st Place in the 2023 Palms to Pines Air Race flying her 1947 Piper SuperCruiser, and successfully navigated an in-flight structural emergency — sharpening her ability to remain calm and decisive under extreme pressure.
Her doctoral research led to the development of the 7 Primal Wounds™ framework, which helps people identify the unconscious emotional injuries shaping their relationships, self-worth, and decision-making. Through neuroscience, attachment theory, and actionable tools, she guides people in rewriting the survival patterns that keep them stuck.
She is also the host of the SkyTalkDoc podcast (rated in the top 2.5% in the world), where she explores resilience, emotional intelligence, and the psychology of human transformation.
Dr. Michaela’s work bridges aviation, neuroscience, and personal growth — teaching people to trust their internal instruments, navigate turbulence, and lead their lives with clarity and courage.
