About Me: I engage in critical thinking, embody an independent mindset, and am a perpetual learner who originated from the rural Sierra Nevadas, navigating a life without running water or electricity. An enthusiastic adventurer, I've explored over 20 countries, cherishing the vastness of horizons. Professionally, I am a instrument commercially rated tailwheel, multi engine and seaplane pilot, with a love of radial engines and vintage aircraft.

Flying my 1947 Piper SuperCruiser named Poptart, I triumphantly clinched First Place in the 2023 Palms to Pines Air Race, navigating with old-school stick & rudder finesse. Overcoming a real-life in-flight emergency has further fortified my passion for aviation.

I split my time between SouthEast Alaska & Northern California with my family, a household bustling with boys & our pet assisted therapy dog, Walter.

SOARING SESSIONS™

Flying is incredibly synonymous with life, and in these sessions we use the experience of flight to help you take "pie in the sky" concepts and put them into action. This exciting new experiential program focuses on concepts like improving communication, facing fear, growth mindset and identifying primal wounds/attachment. The sessions are conducted out of my hangar in Auburn Calif and include a session in the cockpit to experientially work through what we identify.

COUPLES + SEX THERAPY

I am a growth oriented, Couples Sex Therapist, who specializes in fostering open communication, fair conflict resolution, and enhancing sexual intimacy for couples. With a wealth of experience, I employ a compassionate and personalized approach to help couples feel truly heard in their relationships. Through tailored counseling sessions, I guide couples in developing effective communication skills, ensuring that each partner's voice is acknowledged and valued.

We'll tackle the intricacies of relationship dynamics, incorporating a focus on addressing poor patterns of behavior, specifically pertaining to old wounds. Drawing on my extensive experience, I create a safe space where couples can explore and heal past wounds that may influence their present connections. My expertise extends to facilitating fair and constructiveconflict resolution, empowering couples to navigate disagreements with respect and understanding.

In the realm of sex and intimacy, I assist couples in exploring and expressing their desires, fostering a deeper connection and revitalizing the intimate aspects of their relationship. We'll create a supportive environment for you to navigate the complexities of relationships.
